Nibbles and Sprouts™ was founded by Dr. Bonnie Feola, a pediatrician and chef, to guide families from mealtime frustration toward calm, confident experiences with food.
Many parents come to us feeling unsure, second-guessing every bite. Our role is to bring clarity and steadiness back to the table.
We start from a simple truth: children are not born “picky.” They are learning how food feels, tastes, and fits into their world. That learning unfolds over time, through steady guidance, trust, and meaningful experiences with flavor.

At Nibbles and Sprouts™, we focus on taste literacy – the ability to explore, understand, and enjoy a wide range of foods as a developmental skill. Taste literacy grows when children feel safe at the table and when parents feel confident guiding the process.
